Please be considerate of your practitioner’s time by not waiting until the last moment to cancel your appointment if you need to cancel for any reason. If canceled within 48 hours and we are unable to fill that spot, you will be charged a $75 late cancelation fee (plus tax for RMT and Osteopath appointments). A full treatment fee will be charged if canceled within 24 hours.

Declan Knights has a passion for helping people, improving their quality of movement, lifestyles and health. His inspiration to become an osteopath commenced when one treated him to fix his niggling back at the age of 12. Declan studied a year of paramedicine, then went on to complete his Bachelor of Health Science (Osteopathy) and Masters of Osteopathy in Australia. He is enthusiastic to treat and become part of his patients’ health journeys; supporting and enabling them to achieve their goals. Declan has a keen interest in sport, especially cricket which he has played for a number of years both representatively and locally. He has worked with football clubs both at the local and professional level in injury management, prevention, rehabilitation and therapeutic taping with athletes. Declan believes relationships are key to his practice; emphasising patient education and communication as the most important things in helping inspire and empower better health outcomes and rehabilitation. Sarah is a Registered Acupuncturist and certified CranioSacral Therapist.

Her curiosity for holistic care began a decade ago while she travelled as a flight attendant and exposed herself to various healing modalities around the world. These personal experiences gave her a strong desire to pursue Acupuncture studies in Montreal.

During the last three years, Sarah lived overseas in Peru and treated people from various backgrounds including professionals surfing athletes and martial artists. Suka is the owner and founder of Acupoint Wellness Centre. She is a registered acupuncturist in Vancouver, BC with over 10 years of experience. She has always had a passion for healthcare. From the time she was young she knew instinctively that she wanted to help others.

As a former gymnast and professional dancer, Suka is no stranger to stress, hard work, and pain management. Plagued with multiple injuries she decided to give acupuncture a try as a last resort.
